Jennifer Fadel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who earned her Master of Social Work from Campbellsville University in 2013. With more than 14 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Jennifer has dedicated her career to helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families overcome a wide range of mental health challenges. In addition to providing psychotherapy, she has extensive experience in clinical supervision, quality assurance, compliance, auditing, and behavioral health operations.

Jennifer began her career with Child Protective Services, where she served for approximately three years before transitioning into clinical therapy. Over the past decade, she has worked in a variety of treatment settings, including residential treatment facilities, outpatient behavioral health, private practice, and foster care. These diverse experiences have equipped her to work effectively with individuals across the lifespan and with a broad range of clinical concerns.

Jennifer has extensive experience treating anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, anger management concerns, relationship and marital issues, adjustment disorders, grief, and life-transition challenges. While she enjoys working with clients of all ages, her primary clinical focus is adult mental health and trauma-informed care.

Jennifer believes that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to pursue their personal goals. She works collaboratively with each individual to develop practical, individualized treatment plans that promote growth both inside and outside of therapy sessions. Her goal is to help clients build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and create lasting, meaningful change.

Jennifer utilizes an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to each client's unique needs. Her therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, and Gottman Method principles for couples and relationship counseling.

She also maintains advanced clinical training and certifications, including:

  • Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP)

  • Certified Clinical Dialectical Behavior Therapy Professional (C-DBT)

  • Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP)
