Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The AIM Wellness Addiction Day Program meets Monday through Friday with various groups offered throughout the day from 8am to 8pm. This is an intensive 5-day-a-week program for men and women in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. The program motivates and guides participants toward positive lifestyle change, while keeping them engaged and focused on their personal life goals. 

The program is led by director, Jessica Smith, who is a therapist that specializes in addiction counseling. Classes offered throughout the day include, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that is offered twice a day with various classes that include recovery topics, self-care, and daily living skills that is taught from our peer support and community support associates. 

Our therapy options range from innovative to holistic, and our compassionate therapists are equipped to treat co-occurring disorders. Our team helps patients overcome barriers to recovery and develop strong, therapeutic relationships while providing them a safe space to discover their strengths and potential. 

It is the mission of AIM Wellness Addiction Day Program to provide a safe, therapeutic environment, offering the latest in evidence-based clinical care for our patients.

DOC Program Services

KY Department of Corrections approved for administration of Substances Abuse & Dual Diagnosis (co-occurring) programs. All Probation & Parole communication and updates included. Possible reduction in Probation/Parole time with completion. Group and Individual sessions available (at clinician's discretion). Department of Corrections approved curriculum

DUI Services

DUI Services which will include Kentucky state-certified alcohol or substance abuse education and treatment program. We provide education programs, treatment programs, and certified assessments. We also offer additional outpatient addiction treatment programs for individuals ready to take a step towards recovery (see IOP section for more details). Our DUI educationprogram maintains all requirements for certification.

In Kentucky, there are varying degrees ofpunishment for a DUl. Some of these include:

1. For A First Offense you could be fined $200 to $500, up to 2 to 30 days spent in jail, 30 to 120 days suspension of your license, and up to 90 days in an alcohol or substance abuse educationor treatment program.

2. For A Second Offense you could be fined $350 to $500 fine, up to 7 days to 6 months spent in jail, 12 to 18-month license suspension, and 1 year of alcohol or substance abuse treatment.

3. For A Third Offense you could be fined $500 to $1,000 fine, up to 30 days to 12 months in jail, 24 to 36-month license suspension, and 1 full year of alcohol or substance abuse treatment.

4. For A Fourth Offense Or More your actions are considered a Class D Felony, a minimum of 120 days imprisonment without probation, a 60-month license suspension, and 1 full year of alcohol or substance abuse treatment
