Corrina Holmes

MSW, CSW (Radcliff Office)

I am Corrina Holmes, Clinical Social Worker. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are- without judgment, without having it all figured out, and without feeling like you have to pretend everything is okay. Life can be messy, complicated, and sometimes downright unfair, but healing is possible. I take a trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based approach, incorporating a variety of clinical modalities, including DBT, CBT, MI, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients better understand themselves, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My clinical experience includes working with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, Autism, ADHD, parenting challenges, family conflict, and major life transitions. I have a particular passion for working with women, survivors of trauma, and individuals who have spent so much of their lives in survival mode that they have forgotten what it feels like to truly live.

Clients often describe me as genuine, compassionate, and refreshingly direct. I'll meet you with empathy, but I'll also gently challenge the thoughts and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I believe healing doesn't have to happen in a room full of clinical jargon- it can include honesty, accountability, laughter, and yes, sometimes a little well-timed sarcasm. If you're looking for a therapist who will sit beside you through the hard moments, celebrate your victories, and remind you that progress is more important than perfection, we'll probably work well together.
