Chief Growth & Execution Officer

Chris serves as the Chief Growth & Execution Officer (CGEO) at AIM Wellness, where he provides strategic leadership focused on organizational growth, operational excellence, and expanding access to high-quality behavioral health services across Kentucky. Alongside his executive responsibilities, Chris continues to provide outpatient therapy, allowing him to remain closely connected to the individuals and families AIM Wellness serves. Chris earned both his Master of Arts in Professional Counseling (MAPC) and Master of Arts in Addiction Counseling (MAAC) from the University of the Cumberlands. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Associate (LPCA), he provides evidence-based treatment for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use disorders, and life transitions. Prior to entering the behavioral health profession, Chris spent more than 30 years in leadership positions across business management, operations, research and development, and entrepreneurship. These experiences have shaped his collaborative leadership style and his commitment to developing innovative programs, empowering clinical teams, and improving access to quality mental health care. Chris believes that exceptional healthcare begins with compassion, integrity, and meaningful relationships. Whether providing therapy, mentoring clinicians, or leading organizational growth, he remains dedicated to helping individuals, families, and communities achieve lasting wellness and hope.
